Return & Shipping Policy
INVU HAIR ships orders using USPS. All orders require a mandatory 3 day processing time and require 1 to 7 business days for delivery depending on the shipping. Shipping confirmation and tracking information is available via email as soon as your order is ships. All products we offer on this website are ordered and custom made to your preference therefore, there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS. If any order is time-sensitive, please leave a comment in the box at checkout. Please note that there may be an extra shipping cost for time-sensitive orders ($50 for units, $25 for bundles) . CUSTOM ORDERS (WIGS) Processing time on custom orders varies depending on the order, normally 14 Business days ( Monday-Friday, excludes weekends and holidays). That does NOT include the 3 day processing time or shipping time. If you are not completely satisfied with your unit, please return it within 3 days of receipt UNWORN. I DO NOT accept worn units! I will try to "fix" your unit to your liking and ship it back to you. "Fixing a unit includes changing the cut and or color. Fixing does NOT include changing the quality/texture of the hair or the size of the unit. If you are unsure about the size, please send me your measurements. You are responsible for all shipping charges sending it back to me. I will cover shipping on the return. I am NOT responsible for units lost by the post office. If you would like extra insurance on your unit to cover lost unit, please leave a comment in the checkout box.
